The Lensmoorian rebirth quest takes place in Kinson Manor. This area is accessible through the wilderness.
When you enter the zone, you will first need to find your way through a hedge maze. From the maze, pass through the gate into the courtyard, and proceed into the house.
North of the Foyer is the library, where the master archivist will start the rebirth quest by giving you a memory book. The memory book has four spaces for pages to be added. “Skim” the book to find the four topics. Read each topic for a clue as to the location of the blank page.
Search the house, garden, courtyard, and hedge maze for the four pages. When you interact with an item in each location, a memory is unlocked that results in a page you can add to your memory book. In one of these memories, you will have to fight a copy of yourself. Fight, then surrender.
When you have all pages in your memory book, find the gazebo, and insert your memory book into the altar.
When you complete the quest, you will be reborn instantly.
